The Lookout Restaurant has an incredible view of the Costa Rican landscape but with no real identity or steady customer base, the couple running it finds themselves on the financial and emotional brink. With the goal to help revitalize the restaurant’s reputation amongst the locals, the experts try to incorporate the local Costa Rica culture into the menu, design and ambience.
