Married couple Miriam and Dave are frustrated that their failing restaurant, Arlberg Boutique Eatery, is dipping into the profits of their adjoining boutique hotel in the Austrian Alps and need the outside perspective of our experts to reintroduce them to Tyrolean culture and cuisine, and turn their restaurant around.
