SYNOPSIS

After a devastating brain injury, owner Heidi is suffering to keep her spa-turned-restaurant Vu-Bistro in business. In an attempt to give this restaurant a clear identity while boasting its million-dollar view, the experts immerse themselves in the Arizona culture in order to best help revamp the restaurant.
